Lyrical - Contemporary
What to expect in this dance class: The style is a mixture of contemporary, jazz and modern dance. In this class the lyrics/melody drive the choreography. Lisa creates a warm environment for learning & expressing through choreography. Class breakdown: 30min Pilates-based warm-up: plies, center/balance work. 10 minutes of technique across the floor. 30min of stylized choreography 5min cool down.
Class hours: ~Wednesdays 10:30-11:45am ~
What to expect in this class: The style ranges from Fosse & Ella Fitzgerald to Swing & Jazz Funk Class breakdown: 20-min Dynamic warm up with center work. 10 minutes of technique across the floor. 30min of stylized choreography 5min cool down.
Class hours: Mondays 10-11:15am ~ Wednesdays 9-10am~ Fridays 10-11:15am~

Hip - Hop
What to expect in this dance class: our Hip Hop classes range from energetic & strong to smooth & fluid and anywhere in between. Mandy and Lisa each bring their own fun and funky flavor to our Hip Hop classes. 15-20min warm-up and 35-40min of stylized choreography 5 min cool down. Our Hip Hop classes are sweaty, saucy & super-fun.
Class hours: Tuesdays/Thursdays 10-11am ~ Sunday 8-9am~
Cardio Pop Choreography
This class is where fitness meets dance choreography. 10-20min warm up 30-40 min of stylized choreography which can include any of the following styles: Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin, Swing, Bollywood and Musical theater.
